If I order 100 beef sticks, do I get it all in one?

We package each order in quantities of 25. You would receive four vacuum-sealed, frozen packages of 25.

Do these come cooked?

We are currently selling frozen items for you to cook at home. The only item not cooked is the Papaya Salad, which is fresh and ready to eat. You can find cooking instructions on each product page.

How much time do I need to request my order in advance?

Please give us a one-week lead time for any orders of “party” size. For smaller orders, we will need 3-5 business days. We make everything to order.

Will you be offering shipping?

We will be adding shipping options soon. We can only offer local delivery within the greater Portland area or pick-up in Portland or Windham. Please contact us if you don’t see your location available. Tip: Be sure someone is home to receive your shipment or delivery, as our items are frozen.
